Professional Sailing Lessons

Tony is a senior United States Power Squadrons/ Neptune Sail and Power Squadron Sailing and Boating instructor. Besides boating and sailing for more than 50 years he has been teaching sailing and boating for more than 25 years. Additionally, he holds a US Coast Guard 100-ton license. 

Sailing lessons start at $125 per hour with a two-hour suggested minimum on Mystical Paradise, two persons maximum. Small size class permits individualized personalized training ensures quality retention and learning. The first part is generally two hours and goes over all working gear on the Sailcraft. The second session is an on-the-water experience consisting of casting off the mooring and getting underway. Includes an instructional packed two-hour minimum of sailing the vessel through all points of sail. Includes trimming sails for a maximum drive, reefing, coming about, hoisting dropping sails, and returning picking up a mooring.Sailing or motor boating instruction is also available on your own boat. The owner is responsible for instructor transport to his or her own vessel. The price for instruction on your boat is $ 125 per hour with two minimum. Instructions may be adapted to the owner's wishes as needed. Instructional services include preparing the boat for the day, trailering launching, leaving the dock or mooring, on the water general motor or sailboat raising sails, sailing and control, returning to the dock, or mooring safely.
